About The Founder
Dwayne Stewart
I have completed over 10 years crown service in Her Majesty’s British Armed Forces. During this time, I have been taught discipline, loyalty, respect, integrity and various life skills which gave me an abundance of experiences from a young age.
I established iDeal Temperature with the aim to implement all the core values learnt within the armed forces in order to offer customers the highest quality workmanship with a professional, friendly and reliable service with competitive prices.
My career in the heating industry began 9 years ago. I subsequently completed my apprenticeship within a well established company based in Colchester, during this time I was able to complete my ACS gas qualification. I continued to work within the company for a number of years. I acquired the skills and confidence to become an experienced engineer. Due to my background, training and experience, I am confident you can trust Ideal Temperature for all your heating requirements.

Contacted numerous companies who said they were busy for 8 weeks or couldn’t help.
Dwayne at IDeal Temperature came back to me straight away and took the time to explain process and cost. He even offered to come round in the evening or weekend morning. Outstanding communication from outset really did put me at ease that I was dealing with a professional engineer and I wasn’t wrong. Everything complete Saturday morning with a smile and politeness. 10/10 and I highly recommend you use Dwayne and IDeal Temperature for any boiler/heating and gas cooker repairs or installation. I know I will be again.
